What counts as a "Change"?
A change is a minor modification to an existing design element — updating text, swapping images, or adjusting navigation. Adding new pages or sections, redesigning layouts, and new features are scoped and billed separately. Web Oshkosh reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as a change or a billable improvement.

How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects launch within 2–3 weeks from kickoff. Larger sites or ones requiring custom photography may take a bit longer, but we always give you a clear timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
Do I need to provide my own content and photos?
Yes — you're responsible for supplying your own content: written copy, photos, logo files, and any brand assets. We'll send you a written asset checklist at project kickoff so you know exactly what's needed before we get started.
Why not just use a website builder?
Website builders are great for hobby projects, but they load slower, rank worse on Google, and every site ends up looking the same. We build custom — meaning your site is uniquely yours, fast, and designed from the ground up to convert visitors and rank in local search.
Do you work with businesses outside of Oshkosh?
Absolutely. While we're based in Oshkosh and love working with local businesses across the Fox Valley, we work with clients throughout Wisconsin and beyond. Everything can be handled remotely.
How does payment work?
The full project fee is due upfront before we begin any design or development work. We don't start until payment is confirmed — this keeps timelines clean and expectations aligned from day one. Retainer plans are billed monthly via Stripe on an ongoing basis.

Our SEO covers keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Business Profile setup, local citation building, and monthly reporting so you can see exactly how your rankings are improving over time.
